Quite near to the Ueno JR station, just a few minutes walk. 15 minutes Walk to the Ueno Keisei station (Narita airport skyliner train) The room has a microwave oven and a mini fridge. Clean. Good water pressure.

Close proximity to the train stations. There were 3 convenience stores around the hotel. The area was also very quiet.
